When it comes to saying farewell, I'll be there to support you.

It’s time to say good-bye

As an Independent Celebrant, I am passionate about changing the face of funerals in the UK and giving you the choice to celebrate however you want. There’s no right or wrong way to conduct an end-of-life celebration; it’s whatever feels right for you and whatever you feel captures and reflects the person who has died.

You can hold your final farewell in a barn, or a village hall, or even in your back garden! By separating the cremation or burial from the celebration of life, you completely change the atmosphere and free yourself up to provide a much more personal experience.

A crematorium or church service is absolutely right for some people and can be a really meaningful and sincere send-off and I’m so happy to facilitate a crematorium funeral if that’s what you would like. But, I also want you to know that there are other approaches available and support you in exploring those too. It really is all about empowering you to have the funeral that you want – we’re all so unique and individual in life so that’s what I want to reflect after death, too.

Get in touch and I can explain to you how a ceremony conventionally runs – that gives us a starting point – from there I will facilitate you in whatever you might want or need to be included in your ceremony. I can make suggestions and guide you through the process from start to finish. I will then write a ceremony script, which you will have full approval of so, if there’s anything you want adding, taking out or amending, I’ll keep tweaking until it’s exactly how you’d like it to be.
